Inspired by his early days in NYC, Ali Loukzada set out to recreate a classic butcher knife roll that could withstand the lifestyle of a modern city chef.
After crafting the first 17-pocket leather knife bag in 2010, Chef Ali took it back into the kitchen at Buddakan in New York City. The bag survived the demands of service, other chefs took notice, and Boldric was born.
Today, every Boldric creation continues to be designed, tested and perfected with the same honest purpose: dependable professional gear made for people who work in real kitchens.
