Knife Care

Hand wash with soap and water after use. Dry thoroughly with a soft, non-abrasive cloth. Use a steel hone regularly, when no longer effective, the knife should be sharpened twice a year for most users.

DO NOT: Do not place the knife in the dishwasher! Do not use on excessive hard foods such as solidly frozen foods or bones. Do not use it for unintended purposes.
